Every Tuesday evening we are serving a homemade chicken n noodle dinner

The chicken n noodles are home made by us.  This meal is delicious, and we're positive you won't leave hungry.

Monster March 2013

Each year Parsons has a Monster March, that is sponsored by Commercial Bank, for the kids, on the Thursday before Halloween.  It's a safe friendly way for the kids to trick-or-treat at local businesses downtown.  Cosmic Castle loves to hand out treats!  This year we handed out candy and small toys to 1000 give or take kids.  A BIG thank you to our helpers, we couldn't have done it without you!

We Have a WINNER!

Congratulations Chase R. Our first Beast Challenger and winner. On October 9, 2013, Chase Tamed The Beast in 17 minutes 34 seconds.  The time he had to beat.......25 minutes.

Happy 2nd Birthday

Happy 3rd Birthday Cosmic Castle!  On this date in 2011 at 3:30pm we opened our doors.

It was a most exciting day for all! Thank you Parsons, Ks and all our customers from around the USA (and we know we've had one from Germany as well), for 2 wonderful years, keep coming and lets make it a lifetime of food and fun.

Games Fun and Ice Cream for Garfield Elementary 2nd Graders

We are excited to have hosted a few school classes this year.  We don't always have a chance to grab the camera to document these exciting events but we do appreciate them coming to visit us and having fun for a few hours.  This particular class.....actually it was 4 classes all together at 4 different times.....the 2nd graders from Garfield Elementary have been planning to visit since last fall.  One of the teachers contacted us shortly after school started because they classes were going to write a grant.  The project was a hands on project that the kids all participated in and helped planned.  They all got a bowl of ice cream and money for games.  How awesome!  Thanks Garfield Elementary 2nd graders! We also have some classes planning on visiting here in the next couple of days.  We're hoping to grab the camera and document another fun event at Cosmic Castle! Introducing Our Grilled Sandwiches

We have offered Grilled Sandwiches for about a month now.  They have become quite popular.  I think the Reuben is the most popular followed by a tie with the Italian Grill and the Pepperoni Pizza Grill.  The kids especially like the Grilled Cheese and the Pepperoni Pizza Grill.  all of our grilled sandwiches, except the Reuben come on a sourdough bread.  The Reuben is on a marbled rye.

We make the BEST lattes in Parsons!

What makes our lattes so good? We use a medium-dark roast espresso blend that is brewed to order, perfectly steamed milk and your favorite flavor(s). It's not too hot and you can take your first sip as soon as we hand it to you.

Rules of the Castle

Cosmic Castle does have some basic rules.  In the past year we have been open #1, #2 and #9 have been the most broken rules.

We also have a new rule which is posted on riding/driving games and  it's constantly being broken.  We ask that you not sit at or on the riding/driving games unless you are playing.

Rule #9 is the biggest broken rule.  Many people have a real issue when we correct them on rule #9.  The reasons for that rule is #1 we SELL food and drink and find it disrespectful that food or drink is brought in.  #2 we SELL drinks......a wide variety of drinks, and also since we also cater to kids, we can't be sure what is in the cup you bring in.
