We are still saving for the electric work we will need done for the kitchen. In the mean time we have decided to take up all the carpet and paint the floor. #1 It will probably make the Health Inspector happier when they come to approve our restaurant license request. #2 Might as well do it now instead of later so there isn't any reason to close down later. #3 It will look and smell better in the long run. #4 It will be easier to keep clean and clean up any spills or messes. I could go on but I think you understand. For the next few weeks, please be patient with the mess and the dust. Eventually it's gonna be.....WOW.....in here.
How can you help? We are saving aluminum cans. Bring a bag of aluminum cans (during business hours please) and be entered in a drawing for a free sandwich, once the kitchen is open.
